Doyle said that the Bereans were of the Devil.....and he has never repented of that statement

Around December 2008, Steve Lumbley called Doyle Davidson to get Doyle's response or comments on one of his (Doyle's) associates (whom Doyle had appointed to some position of authority I presume at the Water of Life Church of Missouri) who had just pleaded guilty to charges of child molestation.

In addition to the phone call, Steve Lumbley also wrote an article. I have included a link to the original article below as well as an exact copy of the article (in italics).

Davidson associate pleads guilty to child molestation.
A former minister of Water of Life Church and associate of cult leader Doyle Davidson has pleaded guilty in Missouri to one count of statutory sodomy, a second degree felony. Denton W. Hurley of Anderson Missouri entered the guilty plea in state court on Monday December 15. Under terms of the plea agreement Hurley received a four year suspended sentence plus five years of supervised probation. He will also be required to register as a sex offender and enroll in an 18 month sex abuse rehabilitation class. In 2006 Hurley was charged with one count of statutory sodomy and three counts of first degree child molestation when some alarming entries were discovered in the school journal of one of his step daughters. The father of the girls, then aged 12 & 14, spoke with his daughter about the journal entries at which time she admitted that her stepfather, Hurley, had been molesting her. The father then contacted authorities.
When charges were initially brought against him, Davidson assured one and all that Hurley was innocent and would be vindicated by God. Davidson also implied that the wrath of God would be forthcoming against everyone who had a part in bringing what he claimed were false charges against Hurley. In 2007 the paternal grandmother of the victim was diagnosed with cancer. Davidson publically stated that the cancer was God's punishment for her role in bringing an "attack" against Hurley and Water of Life. It is unclear exactly what role the grandmother played except to believe and support her granddaughter. In 2008 Hurley's now ex wife Brandy was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. Once again Davidson told his congregation and television audience that this was a sign of God's judgment upon her.
Hurley had been a minister with Water of Life Church in Anderson Missouri headed by his father Curt Hurley. He also was a regular speaker at the Water of Life Church in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. It not clear at this time whether Hurley is still associated with Water of Life. He has not been listed as a speaker from some time and his name no longer appears among the listing of Water of Life apostles and associates.
Contacted at his office, Davidson's only comment was that he would not judge Denny Hurley, nor would he judge himself. He had no problem however judging me for questioning him about this matter.

What is interesting is that when Doyle was contacted by Steve Lumbley over the telephone to get his (Doyle's) reaction of the unexpected turn of events and the fact that Doyle's public assertions that Denny Hurley would be vindicated had turned out to be embarrassingly false and untrue, Doyle would not admit to or even acknowledge anything but essentially kept calling Steve "a child of the devil", asking Steve "how he would escape the damnation of hell" among other things as his standard answers to Steve's question/s.

According to Scripture, Steve had a right to ask Doyle a reason for his hope which he (Doyle) had publicly stated (that Denny Hurley would be vindicated) which hope was ultimately and embarrassingly crushed.

According to Scripture, Doyle had a responsibility to answer Steve's question/s courteously which he (Doyle) did not do but rather avoided the question/s and essentially turned to insulting Steve.

Steve then asked Doyle why it is that no one is allowed to question his (Doyle's) doctrine and in doing so, he (Steve) mentioned that the Bereans (referenced above in Acts 17:10-13) questioned Paul's doctrine by checking Paul out to see if his (Paul's) doctrine was in line with the Scriptures.

Steve also asked Doyle if he thought that he (Doyle) was higher up the scale than Paul since he (Doyle) thought that no one should question his doctrine.

Doyle positively affirmed that no one can question his doctrine.

Doyle also stated, verbatim, "The Bereans were of the Devil."

Steve Lumbley, taken aback by this statement by Doyle (that the Bereans were of the devil) took some time out to quote Doyle's words back to him (Doyle). Steve then said to Doyle, "Oh, the Bereans were of the Devil because they questioned Paul?"

Doyle stated again, verbatim, "That's right!" [solidifying his (Doyle's) statement that the Bereans were of the Devil].

This shows me the depth of the pride, deception and self deception that Doyle walks in.

First that no one can question his (Doyle's) doctrine.

Second, he (Doyle) has placed himself above the Apostle Paul, God's hand picked Apostle to the Gentiles who was willing to subject himself to the scrutiny of his doctrine by the Bereans according to the Scriptures.

Third, he (Doyle) said that the Bereans were of the Devil. This means that Doyle considers anybody who searches the Scriptures to see if the things Doyle teaches are so according to the Scriptures to be of the Devil.

So according to Doyle, searching the Scriptures is essentially of the Devil and even more so if you find in the Scriptures that the things that he (Doyle) is teaching and proclaiming are not so and are in fact contrary to the Scriptures.

God , through the writer of the Book of Acts, called the Bereans noble for searching the Scriptures daily to see if the things that Paul was proclaiming were so.

Since God is not a respecter of persons, anyone who will search the Scriptures to see if the things Doyle (or any other preacher for that matter) is proclaiming is noble as well for doing so.

Paul the Apostle was willing to be checked out according to the Scriptures.

Doyle is not willing to be checked out according to the Scriptures and if you do, according to him (Doyle) you (as the Bereans) are of the Devil.

Doyle has never repented of saying that the Bereans were of the Devil.

This also goes to show me that Doyle actually believes what he said and/or the implications of it.

If you know anything about Scripture, you cannot simply say something that is that out rightly false and dishonest and not notice it or maybe even make an attempt to retract it or correct it.

It is possible though that Doyle does not know much of the Scriptures and consequently who exactly the Bereans were since contrary to the teaching of Scripture, the reading of the Scriptures is not something that is emphasized by Doyle at Water of Life.

Having said that though, there is no excuse for Doyle saying that the Bereans (whoever they were if I should assume that Doyle did not know who they were) ....there is no excuse for Doyle saying that they were of the Devil because they checked Paul the Apostle out to see if the things he proclaimed were so according to the Scriptures. NO EXCUSE. PERIOD.

The very fact that he even said it shows me how far lost Doyle currently is.

God have mercy on Doyle Davidson and those that continue to listen to him and mistakenly believe that he speaks the words of God because he clearly does not speak God's words at all.

It is simply amazing to listen to and to hear for yourself the amazing dishonesty, mangling of scripture and utter ridiculousness displayed by Doyle Davidson on that phone call.

Once a false prophet, you cannot be rehabilitated into a true prophet....

This is for you and all other "prophets" who are indeed false prophets.

I have heard with my own ears things that Doyle said (in the name of the Lord)....things that he said would come to pass but those things did not come to pass.

There are many others "prophets" aside from Doyle in the pentecostal/charismatic/faith and other circles. Many other people, I presume, have heard and documented things that these "prophets" said would come to pass (in the name of the Lord) but those things did not come to pass.

According to what God said in Deuteronomy 8:17-22, if a prophet spoke something in the name of the Lord and the thing which that prophet spoke in the name of the Lord did not come to pass, there are two major things that I can see that were to happen to that prophet (according to Deuteronomy 8:17-22).

#1. That prophet shall die.
#2. The people that that prophet spoke to should not be afraid of him (any longer) because:

**It was now clear that that particular prophet could presumptuously speak a word in the name of the LORD (which God had not commanded him to speak).

**That prophet could speak in the name of other "gods".

**That prophet had proven that he could not hear the voice of God accurately and distinguish between his own presumptions of God speaking to him and/or other "gods" speaking to him.

Deuteronomy 18:17-22 (King James Version)

17And the LORD said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken.
18I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.
19And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.
20But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.

If God had decreed that if the prophet missed it one time he was to die and that people should not be afraid of him, that tells me that:

#1. There was no rehab for the prophet to be reversed into a prophet that should live and that people should be afraid of.
#2. Even if the prophet remained alive and spoke again (it is not clear to me if God himself was to supposed to kill him or if the people were supposed to kill him) after missing it one time, and the thing he spoke came to pass, (whether he spoke it in the name of the LORD, spoke it presumptuously or spoke it in the name of other "gods"), the people should NOT BE AFRAID OF HIM i.e. Discount what he says as ZIP, ZERO and of NO EFFECT.....since he was really a dead man walking anyway....and dead men do not speak PERIOD.

God made NO provision or a clause that provided for a future reinstatement of a prophet who had missed it once that would enable him to regain the status of "now refurbished, improved and renewed to a true prophet in right standing with God."

Being a TRUE PROPHET is no small thing with God. According to the scripture, which is the standard, a true prophet has the words of Almighty God in his mouth...all the time...and has a PERFECT scorecard every time.... a true prophet NEVER misses it.....NEVER, NEVER, NEVER misses it. NEVER. Not a single time. They never miss it and speak a word in the name of the LORD that does not come to pass. NEVER.

If you can humble yourself before God (like I by the mercy of God have and by his mercy continue to do) and if you can accept what his word says about what a true prophet should be like, (again like I by the mercy of God have been able to do and by his mercy continue to do) you will begin to be set free from so much junk that has been spoken falsely in the name of the Lord by many men (and women) who claim to be prophets but are clearly not any such thing.

I believe that God can and will forgive someone who called himself a prophet (but missed it one time which automatically disqualifies them from ever claiming the office of a prophet ever again) if they truly repent.

I can accept such a one who has repented as a brother but never as a true prophet because they never were a true prophet and never will be a true prophet.

According to the scriptures, and with numerous examples of true prophets therein, a true prophet NEVER misses it... not even one time.

If you who calls yourself a prophet have missed it even one time....you were never a true prophet and you never will be a true prophet...regardless of your "perfect score" prior to missing it that one time because once again, according to the Scriptures, a true prophet never misses it...not even one time.

Sure, some things you may have said in the past (before you missed it one time) may have come to pass and some things you may say (after you miss it that one time) may come to pass... but according to the Scriptures, you are not a true prophet... and unless you repent, you will die and I should not be and I am not afraid of you......because once again, according to the Scriptures, according to the manual, the standard, the word of truth..... the true prophets therein did not miss it... not even one time did they miss it. God upheld and continues to uphold the words of all his true prophets in the Scriptures and in the church today.


Some may say but that scripture in Deuteronomy 18:17-22..... that scripture was under the law and we are not under the law.

True, we are not under the law, but here God was addressing prophets who back then (under the old covenant) had the Spirit of Christ in them (which was not the case with everybody else as far as I can see it in the old covenant).

The Spirit of Christ in these prophets was a higher standard than the law and God was showing the people how to judge and determine if a prophet (who was walking in a higher standard) was a true prophet or not.

I believe that the same way to judge a prophet still applies today as it did in the old covenant since it was a way that God prescribed to judge a prophet...whether in the new covenant or the old covenant since in both cases, they have the Spirit of Christ in them.

True prophets in the old covenant and in the new covenant had and do have the testimony of Jesus, which is the spirit of prophecy according to Revelation 19:10 (King James Version)
10And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

This is why a true prophet cannot miss it... Jesus in them cannot miss it.....and he (Jesus) never has missed it and he never will.

In Revelation 22.6, the angel speaking to John calls God, "The Lord God of the holy prophets". Revelation 22:6 (King James Version) And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.

God has regard for his true prophets and he calls them holy and he also calls himself their Lord God. I know for certain that from the Scriptures, the prophets that God refers to here as holy, never did miss it not even one single time.....that is the standard for anyone who calls himself a prophet. No exceptions. NONE.

Anyone that called themselves a prophet but missed it even one time were not true prophets.

Anyone that calls himself/herself a prophet but misses it even one time is not a true prophet.

What I can conclude is that any "prophet" that misses it once.... makes him a false prophet.....which means that they were never a true prophet..... because according to scripture, a true prophet never misses it even one time ......and in the case of Barjesus (Elymas), the Scripture calls him a sorcerer and a false prophet in the same breath.

There are songs, or parts of songs, or some words of a song, or all the words of a song or the voice of someone singing a song under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, or the particular playing of an instrument or instruments with singing or without singing that just stirs up the anointing of God within me.

It depends. Not everything has to fit with these kinds of songs for me. I may not care for some or all of the words. I may not care for some of the verses. Sometimes I may not even agree with some of the words or even understand some of the words.... but I know the sound of what my spirit wants to hear and I may find it (and have found it) in all kinds of places.....inside the church and outside the church.....yes even outside the church walls....out in the world.

I can listen to and worship along with songs like these over and over for hours...as long as it is still speaking and ministering strength to me...it keeps playing and by the time I drain it...I'm probably ready for another like it.

A true prophet does not take back or eat his words unlike you, Doyle Davidson, a proven false prophet

Doyle,

You took down the segments of your videos from YouTube crying that they were a violation of your copyright.

That (the copyright issue) may very well be according to the law of the land but the deeper truth is that when other people, human beings, confronted you and your words that you claimed were of God, (and which did not come to pass) you (Doyle) backed down and made a concerted effort to try and erase your words from the face of the earth (if you could).

You (Doyle) backed down from your previous bold claims and statements and you demonstrated this by pulling those video segments down from YouTube.

Doyle, if your words were truly of God, (and they were not) you would not have felt the need to take the videos down. You would have stood by them (the YouTube video segments that you took down) and defended the honor of your words. Better still, you would have let God defend you and the honor of his own words since you were speaking on his behalf (but you clearly were not speaking for or on God's behalf).

I have not yet found a single true prophet in scripture who backed down from something they had proclaimed in the name of the Lord (the word of the Lord) when they were confronted by other human beings even on the pain of death or torture.

You, Doyle, are a documented false prophet, and a documented liar and that is why you backed down and took back what you said by pulling down those video segments from YouTube.

By taking down the video segments on YouTube, (which, by the way accurately showed things that you had said and done and which you had publicly broad casted) you proved that you now had something that you wanted to hide because those video segments had been on YouTube for a while and you had not raised a finger against them.

What you were trying to hide was that Lisa(wife of JR) had not, did not (and will not) come "home" as you had so emphatically said in those YouTube video segments....among other things as well. You and your words which were supposedly the words of God had FAILED miserably and did not come to pass.

You had also changed gears from Lisa (wife of JR) being your "wife" to Kathie (wife of Jack Small) being your "new wife"... despite all your documented rants on the said video segments how that Lisa (wife of JR) was your wife given to you by your "god" [but never was and never will be your (Doyle's) wife] and how that she was going to come back "home" to you [but she (Lisa, wife of JR) never did come back "home" to you (Doyle)].

The YouTube video segments had become an embarrassment and an open show to the world of your lies, your folly and your inability to hear your "god".

You may have taken the YouTube video segments down but you did not repent and publicly say that you were wrong and that what you had said on those videos was not the word of God.

This tells me that even though you have been proven wrong, you are so deceived and so self deceived that you do not have the ability to acknowledge the truth... even when it has hit you squarely between the eyes.

You Doyle, still look at a lie and still call it the truth.

That, to me, appears to be a deeply seared conscience that is unable to acknowledge the truth.

You are so lost Doyle that my prayer is that God may have mercy on you.

You are a blind guide, leading the blind and my warfare, by the Spirit of the Lord who anointed Jesus to open the eyes of the blind, is to open the blind eyes that you (Doyle) currently speak to and that you (Doyle) have spoken to in the past and who are currently in a recovery and healing mode by the mercy of God.

As God strengthens me, I will be a voice in the wilderness (the Internet) crying prepare the way of the Lord and make straight his paths (that you, Doyle, have made crooked and continually attempt to make crooked).

Let me show you a true prophet who spoke words that were contrary to popular opinion, who was then confronted about his words that he spoke in the name of the Lord, but who did not run away or take his words back.

In fact after he was confronted about his words that he spoke in the name of the Lord, he acknowledged them, he did not back down from them and he even expounded on them making them even more severe for the one who confronted him.

Hey Doyle, you do realize that the Kingdom in Lisa (wife of JR) overcame the kingdom in you..

You told us many times how Lisa (wife of JR) gave you a challenge saying something to the effect that the Kingdom in her was going to overcome or cast out the kingdom in you.

Guess what O great apostle and mouthpiece of God (NOT!!!) , she (Lisa, wife of JR), actually did overcome the kingdom in you.

She broke you... she shattered you to pieces.... better still, the Kingdom in her ground you to powder.

I have never seen a grown man, much less one that called himself an apostle cry after a woman like you did and continue to do. You have been and continue to be pathetic especially since you carry on your crying after Lisa (wife of JR) in the name of the Lord. Please!

You have said how she would come back to you and how JR would tag along side her crying as in the time in scripture when David demanded that his wife be returned to him from those of the house of Saul.

For your information, Doyle, I would like to point out a couple of things that stand in stark contrast between this story in the book of 2 Samuel 3:12-16 and your deceived notions of what you have said would happen but has not happened and never will happen.

#1. JR actually took a stand against you and your illegitimate relationship with his wife Lisa and he (JR) took back his wife (Lisa) from you (Doyle).

#2. JR has NOT RETURNED and WILL NOT RETURN Lisa (his wife) to you despite your many pathetic and non-effective cries, screams, rants, threats and death threats for him to return her (Lisa) to you (Doyle).

#3. Lisa (wife of JR) PUBLICLY denounced her illegitimate seventeen year relationship with you and called it adultery and went back to her rightful husband (JR).

#4. JR has not shed a single tear to date while in the process of returning his wife (Lisa) to you as in the story above and he never will.

Having cleared that up, let me now show you , Doyle, the part of this story that rings true in relation to you.

Someone has been whining and crying for a long time now after a woman whose rightful husband stood up and took back from him.

That whining, wailing and pitiful crying person is you, Doyle Davidson.

The person who took his wife (Lisa) back is JR.

You, Doyle Davidson, have been whining and crying after Lisa (wife of JR) for four years and counting (since 2004).

You have also attempted to follow her around and to find out where she lives and the POLICE (according to the story above, that would perfectly fit what Abner did in verse 16) told you to go back and you did....with your tail between your legs I might add.... and even though you may never admit it, you are too scared to continue following and stalking her because you will be ARRESTED by those "wicked cops" as you like to call them.... only when you do not need them to do something for you though.

You kicked, you screamed, you threw temper tantrums, you posted messages on the Internet (and still do) to her, you threatened, you did everything you knew to break her but she did not break. She did not even hardly ever respond to you which I am sure drove you up the wall.

Lisa, (wife of JR), I still marvel to this day how that you (and JR) held your peace and did not retaliate or even give Doyle the time of day to respond to his accusations as he had hoped that you would through his manipulative tactics. That was the power of God working in you, Lisa (wife of JR) and in JR and it BROKE Doyle.

Eventually, you, Doyle, broke. You gave up. You could not get her to come back and you never will. So after four plus years, of God said this and that, and she is coming back and there is no other, and JR is a dead man, and she is coming with me to Israel, and she will conceive John in California/Israel etc. etc. NONE of which came to pass, you, Doyle were broken by Lisa (wife of JR) and JR (her husband) by her side and all your folly was exposed for all the world to see.

You even had one of your attendees who posted on his website (and that you linked to, showing that you approved of the posting) that God had told him that the most important thing for the body of Christ was for Lisa (wife of JR) to come back "home" to you (Doyle).

It never happened and never will. You (Doyle) never repented and confessed that you had missed God about this (Lisa, wife of JR coming "home") despite all your many rantings of how it was going to happen but never did and never will.

You were wrong about her coming "home" and you were wrong back in 1987 about God giving her to you as your wife.

God did not uphold you in this and MOST ASSUREDLY let ALL of your words fall to the ground, O great "prophet" Doyle.

Compare yourself and your words that you claim God speaks through you to Samuel and the words that God spoke through him (Samuel having been a true prophet in the Old Testament).

Doyle Davidson is a false prophet, a false apostle and a false teacher

I realized today that many people who have left Doyle Davidson and his ministry...especially those that had some kind of standing and/or authority bestowed upon them by Doyle.....I noticed that they leave quietly and do not say a word as to why they left or even attempt to warn the flock that they left behind.

This should be surprising but it is not since they were never true shepherds appointed by God, but hirelings appointed by Doyle. They were NEVER apostles, prophets, elders or anything close because if they were true shepherds appointed by God, they would not have fled when they realized, at least for themselves that Doyle was a wolf. They would have stayed (or found another platform) and fought for the sheep.

Get that straight all you people that Doyle appointed to any kind of office... Michael, Justin, Ralph and many others and most recently John.... as far as I can tell, many if not all of you simply FLED and left the sheep.

You were bold to publicly stand by Doyle and defend him when necessary but you lack the guts to publicly stand against Doyle and denounce him and tell us why.

For those that have PUBLICLY denounced Doyle in some form or fashion, good for you and I applaud what I consider to be your mild, timid and weak effort because in my hearing, it was not and has not been as strong a voice as it should be compared with your previous stand/voice for him (Doyle).

By the way, for the individual that left a comment anonymously about Mike and his resignation, I (Anthony) did not personally hear Mike speak about this (his resignation) and I have not yet to date heard him (Mike) denounce Doyle publicly as emphatically as he (Mike) endorsed/defended him (Doyle).

What I am saying is that those people that stood for Doyle in a position of authority and spoke from his (Doyle's) pulpit in Plano or their own WOL pulpit in an associated WOL church, and were so bold as to speak to the people in attendance and to others through your broadcasts on the Internet, the least you could have done when you left, for the sake of all those that may have heard you when you were pro-Doyle, was to take the pains to make sure that they heard you denounce him (Doyle). You could have easily done that if you wanted to through the many avenues available today in the same manner that you took the pains to let them hear you when you were pro-Doyle.

All of you that just FLED and did not utter a squeak, are spineless and detestable specimens of hirelings. Jesus called you hirelings and not a true shepherds...my deduction....you never were true shepherds....never were apostles, prophets or elders.

You were deceived and I am sure God can and will forgive you if you repent but you still owe it to the sheep to let them clearly know that you have denounced Doyle and why because you were a part of their misleading (when you were pro-Doyle) and you continue to be a part of their being mislead (by Doyle) because of your silence.

Doyle has been a blind man leading the blind for a long time at least since 1987.

Nothing he has ever said God told him since 1987 (and possibly earlier than that) holds any water or would cause me to fear since if a prophet in the OLD TESTAMENT missed it ONE TIME.... that was the end of your career as a prophet . In addition to that God said that if a prophet said God told him something and it did not come to pass, I should not be afraid of that prophet.

Doyle has said that God spoke to him or inspired him in some way through an anointing and gave him Lisa (wife of JR) in 1987. There is no scriptural support for this as I pointed out in an earlier posting Doyle, God did not separate you and Patti.... .

If I take that as a landmark of something that Doyle said God said in 1987 [that God gave him Lisa (wife of JR)] and it is not true....God never said or did any such thing... I can totally discount anything that Doyle has claimed to be a prophecy or something that God said to him since 1987 without any fear... and I have.

By the grace of God, Doyle could still preach the gospel and even minister the power of God [even after the 1987-2004 stint with Lisa (wife of JR)] and was still able to minister to many peoples' lives...me included. Over time though, the deterioration and decay has become evident and Doyle rarely even bothers to preach the gospel and neither has demonstrated any power in a long time.

In Matthew, Jesus said that it was possible for many (including a false prophet since that was the context a few verses prior) to prophesy in his name, cast out devils and do many mighty works but to whom he will say, "I never knew you, depart from me ye that work iniquity".

Do not let Doyle deceive you in that he may have been able to speak some words that were of God (since the 1987-2004 stint with Lisa (wife of JR) or that he may have been used by God through the name of Jesus to minister the power of God to you. He may still be able to speak some words that are of God today(2009 and possibly beyond), and may still be able to minister the power of God to you through the name of Jesus today as well (2009 and possibly beyond).

By the way, the reason I know that false prophets and this group that Jesus spoke about in Matthew 7 ministered the power of God is that Jesus said they cast out devils in his name. Jesus was very clear that Satan cannot cast out Satan and that any demon that is cast out is cast out by the finger of God, the power of God or the Spirit of God. If anyone anywhere truly casts out a devil, there is no debate that that was accomplished by the power of God. Having said that, what I have seen over the years at WOL portrayed as "casting out of devils" does not line up with the way Jesus or the apostles cast out devils in scripture. I am not saying that Doyle in particular has never cast out a devil, he may very well have cast many out but Doyle's version of how he (Doyle) casts out devils does not measure up to how Jesus and the apostles cast out devils in scripture. With Jesus, the devils came out with a single word or a short sentence and they came out immediately or shortly thereafter. With Doyle, he (Doyle) yells, screams, binds etc. with a few words or with many words usually repeated over and over and usually for long periods of time... and apparently never gets the victory because he has to keep doing that for days on end it seems with some of his attendees.....not to mention the YEARS it has taken to "deliver" some and apparently they are not delivered yet.

Being able to speak some words that are of God, and being able to minister the power of God through the name of Jesus does not make Doyle a true apostle or a true prophet. He has been a false apostle and a false prophet since 1987 (and possibly earlier than that) with his taking of Lisa (wife of JR).

Get that straight. Doyle is, currently as I write this on April 5th, 2009, a false apostle, a false prophet and a false teacher and has been since at least 1987 when he took Lisa(wife of JR). His ability to speak some words that are of God, or even to possibly minister the power of God has nothing to do with him being a true servant of the Lord Jesus Christ.

He is not a true servant of the Lord Jesus Christ but a false prophet, who came to us in sheep's clothing but inwardly was a ravening wolf and by his fruit I have known and determined him to be exactly that...A FALSE PROPHET AND A WOLF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING.

It was not easy to come to this conclusion mainly because of the fact that Doyle did minister the gospel and the power of God to me but God was gracious to me to open my eyes to see that yes Doyle did minister to me and yes it was God in or through him ministering to me but that he (Doyle) was a false prophet [he may have gradually morphed into one since the 1987-2004 stint with Lisa(wife of JR) as God gave him space to repent but regardless, today, he is a bonafide false prophet and false apostle].

Doyle will need to publicly repent and take back all he has said in the name of God for it has hurt and injured many. I hope he does and if he does not have the opportunity to do so, I hope that he can repent at least before God and get forgiven before he dies...otherwise according to Jesus in Matthew 7:21, Jesus will clearly tell him (Doyle) "I never knew you, depart from me you that work iniquity".

This was quite uneasy and fearful for me to eventually accept but it is the truth and may God have mercy on you as you read this to see and understand what I am saying.

Doyle, God did not separate you and Patti....

God did not separate you and Patti (your first wife) as you have said on many occasions.

That was and is a lie.

God through Paul was very clear about husbands and wives and He did not instruct any believers anywhere in the church to separate or put away their wives.

Even if Patti was an unbeliever (as you say) but was pleased to dwell with you, according to what Paul said, you should not have put her away.

Let God be true and Doyle Davidson a liar.

God is not confused.

Paul made it clear that not he but the Lord commanded not to put away your wife.

The Lord did not turn on His own command so that He could separate you and Patti as you have said. You tried to make us believe that God is the one who separated you and Patti but He did not. There is no scriptural support for this anywhere in the new testament.

You Doyle, in direct contradiction to the Word of God separated and/or put away Patti, your wife which the Lord clearly commanded a husband not to do.

You Doyle, make your own rules that cannot be justified by scripture and then you call it God. If it cannot be found in scripture, especially the new testament, it is not God. I do not care what you say. In John 16:13, Jesus said that the Spirit of God will not speak on his own but that he would speak only what he hears and that he would take from what is of Jesus and make it known to us.

You Doyle, have a spirit that speaks to you on its own authority and its words and its revelations to you do not measure up to what Jesus has already said.... in this regard, the Lord (Jesus) COMMANDED through Paul, let not the husband put away his wife....and then you say God said he separated you??? when his COMMAND to a husband is not to separate from his wife??? So what you are implying is that Jesus encouraged and sanctioned you to disobey His command by separating Patti from you on your behalf or allowing you in essence to put her away?

God is not a respecter of persons. He executes right judgments and shows no partiality. He did not separate your wife from you because that implies that he would have allowed you to put her away. If he allowed you to do it, then he would have to allow all of us to do it.

Doyle, please, you just wanted another woman to sleep with who was not your wife (Lisa, wife of JR) and tried to justify it as the will of God. You are not very bright to put it gently.

Your deceitful scheme, masterminded by you, your deceitful heart and the devil was to cause us to doubt the true witness of the Spirit of God with our spirit and with the written Word of God so that we could think...if God said it to Doyle, Doyle must be right and I need to change my heart to at least accept, overlook or not question what you (Doyle) were claiming that God said.

Well, let me clear it up, anything you have ever said that God said and the Scripture says otherwise was not God speaking or revealing something to you. It was a another spirit speaking on its own authority and it definitely was not the Spirit of God.

You did all this behind Patti's back because you had no guts to tell her or other people the truth and covered it all up with the help of your inner circle whomever they were for seventeen years.

God was never in this confused and sordid arrangement and He sure did not ordain it.

As an elder, you are supposed to be above reproach, the husband of but one wife.

You are sadly lacking.

By the way, Lisa (wife of JR) was NEVER your wife. If however, we were to use your twisted thinking, lets say she was... that would make two wives at the same time... Patti (your first wife) and Lisa (wife of JR) whom you later claimed was your wife since 1987 (but never was).
